Service Description
If you are purchasing a new property or own an existing property, it is vital that you are aware of ALL types of Mould present.
Mould can be deadly to you, your family/tenants/employees/clients. Big Bass inspections are carried out under the Australian Mould Guideline AMG-2005-1 as well as the ACMR-AMCI Reference for Australian Certified Mould Remediator and Investigators.
A Big Bass Mould Inspection Report includes:
- Poor ventilation in dwellings
- Poor drainage in and around property
- Dampness
- Black mould (Toxic)
- Pysarum Mould (Yellow mould)
- White Powder mould (Efflorescence)
Big Bass can carry out both a stand alone mould inspection as well as a pre purchase mould inspection (carried out at the same time as a Pre Purchase Building Inspection).
- A Stand Alone inspection will cost $450
- A Pre-Purchase mould inspection (completed while undertaking a pre-purchase building inspection) will cost $450
